Have you tried Breztri? It's a 3 in 1 including corticosteroids.
I switched last year and have had a marked improvement.

severe damage long covid plus influenza a now brochitis. Have fibrosis and emphsema in lungs after getting covid and was a light smoker. i can not breath well at alland have wheezing and coughing bad. long covid over 3 yrs. i also have scleroderma. Please help bretski inhaler doesnt help nebulizer some help. what else can help my lungs and what is this horrible gel like crap that comes up bad in mornings a cream color sometimes tinged with pink. I have thrown up blood before as well.😐
