O y anywhere near 70 is NOT good. 88 and below you're risking serious brain and other organs damage. You should wear the oxy when you have something strenuous to do.

Thank you. I do ok, I take care of 2 German shepherd’s,6 chickens,1cat and my garden. I do all my house cleaning and cooking. I get short of breath some and my oxygen level drops in the 70’s sometimes but I feel pretty good. I walk with my dogs every day, I also have RA and am a diabetic. I feel very blessed but I’m wondering if it’s just going hit me all at once? I guess I’ll cross that bridge we I get there huh?

Severely advanced Emphysema aka end stage generally refers to FEV1 below 30%. You can still survive many years at this stage. Hopefully new drugs on the horizon will greatly improve this nasty disease. Looking forward to Dupixent for one.

No just when I over exert myself . I only sleep with oxygen and sometimes fall asleep without it.
