Breathless alot when doing things I get more bad days than good days

I definitely would recommend Exercise walking yes you will feel Breathless but you will recover

Breath in through your nose , deeply , hold for a few seconds and with pursed lips slowly breath the air out . I find this helps . X

ValerieHunt i agree with EricCompton2 you have to keep trying, If you get a chance to take a Pulmonary rehab Class, go for it Hard work , but the improvement is worth it

I do understand you, days with and days without, this is my lot too. Try relaxation and breathing exercice (do not force anything), open the windows to get fresh air, drink water, take it eazzzy, with love and hug

Hi @A MyCOPDTeam Member thanks alot I'm actually end stage struggle to walk but I'm going to try doing excerises again thank you who knows I might manage some small walks .
