I would rather use the inhalers twice daily .I have tried them both and it seems that twice a day is more helpful for me .

I take Spiriva 1 times daily and Advair 2 times daily and honestly it doesnt matter to me as long as they are doing the job and helping me breath easy i do what Dr says :-)

Think I would rather use an inhaler twice a day. Some days going 24 hours is way to long. I use spiriva once a day, but, I also use Seravant twice a day. This works pretty good for me.

@A MyCOPDTeam Member yes it does raise your heart rate so I have been told but for panic attacks that is a delight of COPD and I take Ativan .05 and sometimes just half panic attacks and depression are the hallmarks of COPD for most patients I suggest you tell your doctor about the Spirva and what should you do for the panic attacks lot of luck be safe for YOURSELF!
