I used to smoke 20/30 per day for 30 yrs cut down to 10 a day now it has been 2/3 a day just cannot kick the 2/3 a day

I have tried so many times so many times to quit smoking with no luck. I seem to be very good for the 1st 3 weeks and then boom I smoke again, Does anyone have any ideas how I can beat this horrible habit once and for all!

I only use it when I have infections and flare ups, which seems to be a lot lately.
Travel
I would have the sea and beaches I have the opportunity to travel in the next year. What would be some suggestions for places to travel with COPD I have moderate copd and am on oxygen at night.
I live in Canada and would be flying out of Calgary.
Would love to hear of any semi-tropical or sea side places I could visit.
What time of year will you be traveling? That can make a huge difference. My friend lives in arizona. 3 months of summer its 112°f and up. The rest of the year is a loverly 72-78°f

Hi Everyone. I Have Had COPD Since I Was 36 And I Am Now 52. I Finally Gave Up Smoking About A Year Ago And Went On Vaping.
Since vaping I find it harder to cough and my lungs feel more constricted. It feels like my medication is not working now. Has anyone else experienced this? If so any suggestions on what i can do next. Many thanks in advance for your answers.
