My doctor told me to stay active in order to get off the oxygen. I am struggling to find ways to be on my feet. I have been trying work outs, but I get really winded. So I got a vibration board. Supposedly using it for ten minutes equals a half hour walk!

Any Vet serving during war time ie: Viet Nam automatically qualifies for medical treatment if honorably discharged. For me same day got benefits.

Thanks Michael....good advice. I do avoid swallowing it in the daytime, but sometimes can't. I don't eat enough for sure, and losing weight doesn't help!
