Part Of My Continual Feeling Of Fatigue Is Grogginess, Making Me Zombie-like. Anyone Similar?

A MyCOPDTeam Member asked a question 💭
madison.wi

Too tired/groggy to think , converse, or exercise. Just want to nap. But naps don't refresh much.
Caffeine or vitamins don't pep me up. I assume essential cause is insufficient oxygenated blood
to my brain. Anyone have any suggestions (besides exercise)? The zombie feeling is like your battery is
only operating at about 10%. I'd cry...but don't have the energy.

Caffeine is bad for your lungs. Try taking Vitamin B-12 to help get oxygen into your blood stream; 5000 mg.

I'm Trying To Figure Out Humidifiers.

A MyCOPDTeam Member asked a question 💭
Collierville, TN

I'm wondering if any of you use humidifiers or de-humidifers. I know one is for summer and one for winter. I think right now for winter I need a humidifier. Something to buffer against the indoor dry heat. Do I have that right?

I live in Florida where there’s plenty of humidity in the air. Can’t imagine wanting to add moisture unless you live in a very dry area.
