How Has Drinking More Water Helped You? .

Yesterday I tried a glass of water every hour.More bathroom trips at my age :)
I seen improvement in thinning mucus.Will try again today.

I read that cold beverages can constrict the airways, that room temp is the best. Just something to observe to see if it affects you that way.--- staying hydrated helps the whole body function better, and for us it definitely helps thin the mucus !

Yes it definitely does .. even without the mucus it makes breathing easier..

I microwave my cold water for 30 seconds before drinking. Swallowing is easier for me that way.Thanks

So if you weigh 200 pounds you should drink half that weight in water to stay hydrated ( 100 ounzes) It will work in many cases....I try to do it. Ice water tastes better, or made kool aid...I do that also....just make a gallon at a time....Don't get the artificially sweetened stuff....That is not good for you....get the unsweetened and add sugar. The sugar will desolve in half gallon warm water and add cool water to that and put it in frig
