Part Of My Continual Feeling Of Fatigue Is Grogginess, Making Me Zombie-like. Anyone Similar?

Too tired/groggy to think , converse, or exercise. Just want to nap. But naps don't refresh much.
Caffeine or vitamins don't pep me up. I assume essential cause is insufficient oxygenated blood
to my brain. Anyone have any suggestions (besides exercise)? The zombie feeling is like your battery is
only operating at about 10%. I'd cry...but don't have the energy.

Steam, seems to work for me. Just boiling water for pasta gets me coughing and very productive . Some times just taking a shower helps bring the mucus up.

I am using a trilogy machine. It's a mini ventilator. It has a small mask you put over your head which covers your nose and mouth. It has straps on it so you can adjust it to fit you mouth. It is a very quite and I wear it at night. when I get up I am not as tired as I was. It is really helping me. You need to talk to you pulmonary DR about it. HOPE THIS HELPS.

Buy a Oximeter for about $20 to keep track of your oxygen levels and when they are down take action to get them back up. Usually breathing correctly brings mine back up into the 90’s where they should be. Or use oxygen to get it back up.

The symptoms you describe are typical of not enough O2, so the first question is are you on supplemental O2 and what do your sats run typically? If you're not on O2, see your doc and get tested to see whether you need it with exercise (meaning you're up and moving, not sitting). They are also typical for CO2 retention, so again, see your doc and ask for an Arterial Blood Gas test to see what your CO2 levels are.
