I take a multivitamin centrum silver 50+. It is the alternative to the injections my Dr said. so far good energy levels. As long as I get plenty of rest. I should be good to go. 😊

I get a B12 shot monthly. It definitely helps with my fatigue. Your GP can write you a prescription and you can administer the shot to yourself monthly. It certainly is more economical.
