I'm Not Sure If This Is COPD Related, But Lately I Have Felt Like There Is A Fur Ball (lol) In The Back Of My Throat. Anyone Else Have This
Well aren't we a lucky bunch, just to add insult to injury, we now get to experience a cat in the throat (lol). I find the more water I drink the thinner my mucus is, I also take a mucus thinner, so more water I guess... Thank you everyone for your quick responses, very helpful. Very humid here again today, has been most of the summer, just try and stay in the air con. Breathe easy my friends, hugs to all...
i have had similar i put it down to hay fever the polan has been high in the UK
It’s tough and it gets harder, I hate to say. I take mucenex to keep my mucas thinner because sometimes it would choke me.
@A MyCOPDTeam Member Yes, classic thing the "cat" in the throat with COPD which makes us Huffin' and Puffin' quite often and sometimes very loud ; it does bother me the most when I wake up in the morning... Hugs 🌸
Mucinex helps me, makes me drink alot of water as well. I get the cat in the throat feeling when pollen, humidy are high, as well as when I am heading into a flare
Why Am I Always Cold?
Lately I Have Been A Hard Time Swallowing And Eating. It Takes Me 3-4 Times To Take My Medicines.
