Oramorph is not typically prescribed for COPD unless one is very close to the end of life. As for dosages, you need to talk with your doc.

In my days O2 came in cylinders and you attached a nasal cannula and breathing 2 Litres of O2 nasally.

I have had COPD for several years, but in 2018. diagnosed with COPD exacerbation that required me to use oxygen 24 hours a day. I have a portable concentrator and oxygen tanks back up.

We don't have power outages to often it is concerning when it does!i am on oxygen 24/7 also! I have back up I just pray it doesn't happen
