Does Anyone On Here Have Any Trouble With Eating?
Some people do find that dry foods can trigger coughing fits that it's difficult to stop. Others don't that they can't eat very much at any given time because a large meal makes the feel bloated and uncomfortable. Many people find that six small meals instead of three large ones are easier to manage, and some people simply "graze" all day. What ever works for you is probably best. The hardest part of doing something other than the typical three meals a day is to be sure you get a balanced diet.

Yes some foods chocke me like shredded wheat crackers loose foods but dry like that
I have a lot of trouble because when ever I eat I get too much phlegm and have trouble clearing my lungs. It does not make any difference what I eat, diary or what-ever, So I take a 100 mg Fisetin (Novusetin) pill just after I eat and that helps a lot, but not enough. Its not what I breathe, it is what I eat. There is some gut-to-lung action that triggers the phlegm. I don't know if it is electrical or microbio, but it happens in just a few minutes, or less after eating. Got any better ideas on how to stop this action? Any new trials being run to find a way to stop it? How do they control NFkB, TNFα , IL-6or8 (which are reported to start the phlegm) both before and after I eat? Who is doing research on this? I heard FDA does not care about "soft stuff" like mucus or phlegm because it is not what will kill you this week, so trials don't get run for this type of disease. But after extreme coughing I am convinced this is eventually going to be what does it.
