Spiriva is a LAMA. There are others that may work better for you: Tudorza, Incruse,Lonhala and Yupelri.

How Do Others Deal With Tubing From The Concentrator To The Canula?

I am now using the Silicone tubing that is used for fish tanks. It is softer so does not kink as much as the standard tubing. But it too will begin twisting after a short period.. I have part of the tubing along the wall so that is not a problem. This issue is driving me crazy!

Thanks for the information. I’m lucky in that my insurance has covered all my supplies. I did pay out of pocket for the Imogen 4 portable oxygen. Makes it so much easier to get out with them.

When I am put on prednisone . With in a few days I am sick again . I have a inhaler, budesonie , ipratroium, xyupelri , performist . I don’t understand what I am doing wrong . I wear oxygen all night and during the day sometimes . I even get up at 2am to do my nebulizer . I have such a cough . Help not sure what to do .

Prednisone usually pulls me out of it and for at least 8 days, I feel great!

I have used a nebulizer everyday for about 15 years now. It helps me a whole lot better than the puffers. I use 2-3 different meds twice a day by nebulizer.

I Use A Nebulizer Treatment 4-5 Times A Day. Does Anyone Else Use One And Also Has Something Else That Helps.....if So What?

Im currently nebulizing 4 different meds, Yulepri once per day, Brovana, Albuterol and Budesonide

Brovana and Budedonide twice per day and Albuterol as needed

Do I need to wash everything after each treatment? I do have 4 sets of equipment

thanks Wally … guess I need to invest in more equipment… I only have 2 cups for medicine
