Any Comments On Zephar Valves, Good Or Bad?
One person I know coughed up his valve and then ended up in hospital with pneumonia. I have mixed feelings about this valve.
If you qualify for the Zephyr valves and have the procedure, the outcome seems to be somewhat mixed. The major side effects of the procedure are collapsed lungs and/or pneumonia. Some people have really good outcomes and others not so much. They've really improved the testing for the procedure, but they still have mixed results.
Has Anyone Had A Zypher Valve Placed In Their Lungs. How Did It Help You?
