Your Goals For Helping You Through Your COPD Journey.

A MyCOPDTeam Member asked a question 💭

I call it a COPD journey has it sounds better than illness.
I believe in setting goals to help me with mine.
Small ones that I work on daily and these will lead up to my main goal further on down the path.
Please let us know your goals and how they help you achieve with beating COPD.
Respects Phil

Good morning Phil, Happy Birthday and many more.
Yes I agree, it is a journey , one of which we are all familiar with, the journey can be a nice as we allow it to be.
The aspirations and goals we have and set, are within our mind-set at that time, each day I wake up I think of how I feel and what are my tasks to do today, if I have nothing on my mind to do then I think of a task that will be achievable however small.
May God bless you as you take that walk along the path of life.
Peter.

@PhillipDjRobbo I dare say I take one day at a time each day trying to remain active no matter the task at hand. I do notice that as time passes there is less I have to lend to each task. I work at keeping my mind active as to not take myself too seriously so depression is not a issue. I take solace in helping others to cope where I can. Happy Birthday to You!
