I Have Not Heard Many People Ask By The Weather Has Anything To Do With COPD. It Might Seem That Cold Windy Wet Weather Is Not Our Friend.

I think the winter and cold weather is the worst for any pain especially if you have anything that is associated with your breathing it is far worse. That is what I experienced last month.

Heat and humidity are not very good on COPD I’ve found also

The heat is not my friend . I do better with the cold.

The only thing that's really hard to deal with is temps below zero with wind. That can be crutal.

The heat affects me more than the cold, we don't get that cold here in Mesa like further north does! During the summer our air gets really nasty 🤢!
