Pursed-lip Breathing
At stage 4 and can’t leave the house now and struggling a lot with breathlessness. I’ve been advised to do pursed-lip breathing to recover from exertion (apparently helps the airways not to collapse so quickly) and have found that blowing through a narrow tube makes it a lot more effective than just pursing the lips. I use the end of a penny whistle!
Short in breath, say count to two, then about count six out through the tube.
