How Long Does Your Inogen G5 Battery Last?

A MyCOPDTeam Member asked a question 💭
Manteca, CA

I'll keep this simple and ask anyone has the g5 how long their battery last on the setting you use? I get about 4 hours from the 16-cell battery on setting 4 and even though I haven't used it very much, my battery is 2 years old. There is a huge difference how long I get from setting #3 and #4, and I'm wondering if my battery needs to be replaced and might give me more time.

Thanks

Prednisone 10 Mg - 1/day When And How Is The Best Time To Take It?

A MyCOPDTeam Member asked a question 💭
Benton City, WA

I'm at stage 5 and had been using the 4 mg tabs in the package with instructions that decreased the amount to take over 4 or 5 days. I began "cheating" and taking a tablet when I believed it would help. Usually when I went to bed and not every day - did tell my doc. After requesting a refill, he prescribed 10 mg tabs taken 1/day. I cut one in half and took last night. Jumping from 4 mg to 10 sort of scared me. I'd appreciate advice and/or thoughts from others on prednisone. Many thanks… read more

My Dr Switched Me To Briztri, But I Have Found It Very Expensive. Are There Any Inhalers Like Briztri That Aren't Expensive?

A MyCOPDTeam Member asked a question 💭
Sun City West, AZ

COPD since 2013 and sleep apnea since about 2000. My sleep apnea used to be under control with few nightly events. During the last few months, it has been climbing anywhere from the 20s into the 60s. When it's around 60, I don't feel well the next day and have trouble breathing. It has me worried, but my new Dr wants me to have a titration sleep study, but yet wants me to wait another six weeks
I don't trust her as I don't think she really pays attention to my sleep apnea readings. When I… read more
