I'm having hip pain that has not been cured/relieved by epidural steroid injections. My Ortho gave me Rx to use 300mg Gabapentin 3 times per day.

Me, too.
i use AYR nasal gel for dryness. Water with the oxygen makes runny nose worse for me.

Current research indicates that consumption of dairy products doesn't necessarily increase mucus, but it does make it thicker. Increasing the water consumption should help.
