Me, too.
i use AYR nasal gel for dryness. Water with the oxygen makes runny nose worse for me.

@A MyCOPDTeam Member..you don't want to use any petroleum products of any kind as they can spark a fire. That includes chopsticks and anything that contains petroleum. Not cool when any part of your body is concerned. Especially your face. You can get a bubbler for your home concentrator. Your oxygen supplier should be able to give you one. You can use a vaporizer at night. Get a humidifier. That will put moisture into the air. I have found that the bubbler helps a lot though. I suck on a lot of cough drops and mints too. They keep my throat from being dry. Breathe easy and I hope that helps.
