I don’t know your story or history. Only you and your doctor can make that decision . I have a genetic Immune Deficiency, IgM. I finally know why I caught everything going around in childhood, and still do. I have Bronciectasis, a lung disease from the multiple infections etc. . They think in my case, it is probably caused by an Autoimmune Disease. After several hospital stays, I get every shot the doctor advises. Also I wear a good mask for shopping and doctors, going out to eat. But I don’t go into crowded venues. For the last two years since doing this, I haven’t caught any viruses, etc. Wishing you all the best!

Sadly, no, in my humble opinion.

Social isolation is a killer. Unless you have some kind of trauma which causes health issues and stress when you socialize, you need to be able to get out and do what’s necessary beyond doctors appointments.
