Do you have a humidifier in your house @A MyCOPDTeam Member? That may help in addition to the cream you were given.

I don't think it would hurt anything if you kept using the cream @A MyCOPDTeam Member, but I don't know. Your nose will probably always dry out from the oxygen, so I wish you luck!

Good morning Team,
Thank you @A MyCOPDTeam Member, @A MyCOPDTeam Member, and @A MyCOPDTeam Member, I will investigate your advice, I am indebted to you all for the advice you have given me, the cream the doctor gave me has held it's own up to now, today is the last day of application for the cream, so lets hope it is the last time the cream is needed.
Once again thank you for your kind help.
Breathe easy,
God bless you all.

No I have not. You might get relief by using water with your concentrator. If not, try a nasal mist...even using water.

Did they add the humidifier bottle / bubbler to your supplemental oxygen tubing to help fight the dryness of the supplemental oxygen?

Not sure what equipment you’re using for supplemental oxygen, @A MyCOPDTeam Member, but you should be able to get the humidifier accessory from your oxygen eqt supplier…
