@Dominique02 I am not on oxygen and know very little about it. Terribly sorry about that @StevenDevitt. I would definitely say that a totally new doctor is in order for you though Steven!!!! NO doctor should ignore your concerns; that is what they get paid for. I am sorry I haven't read your story if you wrote one, so I don't know where you live or how easy it would be fore you to find a different doctor, but I definitely would suggest that to start with. I think you said in one of your previous messages that you have given up on American doctors, but I happen to have the best doctors in the world I think. We all run into some that aren't as good as others, but in general we have some darn good ones You need to be on blood pressure medication also!! Mine shoots as high as yours does and I take 3 pills a day, but I've have numerous doctors try to lower it, but nothing helps. I finally found that my kidney doctor is trying to get to the reason WHY it's so high. If you are having problems digesting food, try NOT laying down for a while until after your food has a chance to digest a little. That is all I remember from what I saw posted before. I am no doctor and these are strictly my own opinions. I sincerely wish you the best of luck and I also give you a ton of credit for walking!! Great that you exercise! Chris January 4, 2025

I was really surprised in Dec. 2015 when a guy showed up with an oxygen Concentrator and on the prescription there was not a level set. He found that odd, but said, "Well, most people start at 2" and that was all the medical input I had on the situation. Since then I have put the questions to three lung doctors who did not reply.

Here doctors don't like to commit for definite...I think they are afraid of a lawsuit. Or they don't care about people with COPD.

The prescription has it written on it. [look at your records] You were told by the Dr how much and when to use it when he prescribed it. You were also told by the tech that set up your oxygen concentrator.
