I found out I’m allergic to albuterol and high humidity makes me SOB so I bought a dehumidifier and it dries out the air and I breathe better

I think it has to do with your med's. Check with your doctor to see if they can change your meds. I am on Spiriva Handihaler and works wonders for me. I will tell you that it is very expense so make sure your insurance will pay for it.

Thinking if you are more short winded than usual for several days, you might have a viral or bacterial infection in your lungs. Time to see your pulmonologist or give them a call and tell them what's going on with you.
