Wear your oxygen in the shower, even increase the amount while showering. The moisture in the air and the effort you put into taking a shower requires it. If you have someone to help you, that would be great. You can only imagine how good it makes you feel to have a person there. If not, call a friend before and after the shower for that extra bit of security. Don't be afraid. Make sure you have a shower chair that fits in the tub properly so you can sit through the experience. These things help a great deal. Have all of your necessities at the ready. Take your time. Enjoy the experience of being able to still wash yourself.

a shower chair is what you need. I use a shower chair when I am in a bad flare or just more short of breath than usual.
