@A MyCOPDTeam Member, I am so happy you enjoyed Corfu ! What a wonderful adventure. In my case, I am just the opposite of most and that heat never bothers me. I live in a desert-like micro climate which enhances my quality of life. Humidity is my aggravator, but not dry heat.

Have a good day.

I have COPD with Emphazema... I am on 0'2 24/7. I find using my mask when leaving the cool house to the hot car or air, helps. I take the mask off, once the car is cool and my levels are normal and I am not out of breath. Same as when I go shopping.. Mask on, walk with a grocerey cart ASAP and keep the mask on in the store until you calm down. Remember, it is ok to just find a little spot to stop and re group.. I hope this helps....
