I'm Wondering If Anyone Else Wakes Up At Around 3:00-4:00 A.m. Intensely Hot?It's Not Just In The Summer, It Happens In The Winter Too.

If I wake up hot like that I am usually having night sweats and is a sign my body is fighting something. I usually wind up on an antibiotic after contacting my Dr.
It is just one sign I have to watch for before I get full blown exacerbation.
