The Good part - your insurance company thinks it is important enough that you can get it even if your Doctor disagree. They leave it up to the Patient to decide any way. BE Well.
Well if you are fighting pneumonia There is no reason to get the flu shot. Especially since your body is getting antibiotics. Maybe in a few months or next year.
It sounds like you're getting conflicting answers from several docs. Sounds like you need to either get additional opinions or simply make a choice based on who you trust.
My doctor told me to get them all but the last covid booster. I’ll ask again in fall when I get flu .. not ready for new pneumonia yet
