Hi @A MyCOPDTeam Member, i stayed with 1 cnnula for more than 2 months, but i used anti-bacteria (but non-alcoholic) wet wipes and wipe the prongs / nodes after each use - when i wake up. My supplier advises to replace every 2 weeks. But i think i will replace every month.

Thanks. I hav 2 POCs as well as main unit, so monthly, at least for,POCs seems more doable.

You should go with your Oxygen supplier's recommendations. Most will probably say once per month. If you have been ill with anything in the nasal or lungs you can ask for enough replacements to switch out every two weeks. The cannulas are not expensive and proper hygiene is important to prevent infections. Your Lung Doc can write a prescription if they want to give you a fight. be Well.
