I'm Finding It Hard To Clear My Chest, Doesn't Matter How Hard I Cough. Any Advice We Be Welcomed.

COPD, last checked in 2008, to scared to have it checked as the the results are not going to be good.

Many people have a whole routine to help clear their mucus in the morning. It can include any and all of these things: mucinex, nebulizing saline solution and/or albuterol, huff cough, percussion, either manual or with a vest and postural drainage. See your doc for other ideas.

I find that tapping my chest around both lungs for about 5 minutes helps to clear lung walls
