yes i am, warning if you have soft, tender this can "blister your body" , if you have the old product..
mix it heavy on the flower light on the mustard flower to start 4 parts, to 1 mustard if ti starts to feel warm or hot move it around a bit as to not burn
the poop i buy now i mix it 50/50 STILL not much good

please BE CARFUL ,GO SLOW, if it gets to hot remove it.....

Am curious if you are going to make mustard plasters??? My dad told me about having those when he was young for chest colds
