Yes!! And on-tank humidifiers that don’t periodically try to drown you! And nasal cannula s that actually fit smaller adult noses!

The technology for POCs hasn't changed since they were first developed. There are basically two problems: the sieve beds and the batteries. They've been able to reduce the size of the sieve beds somewhat, but the batteries are still pretty heavy. That's the problem: to get more than 1.4 LPM requires much more weight to produce 02 and that makes the unit not portable. If they can develop new technology, there's always a chance that we'll have at unit that produces 6 LPM. I've always had a vision of a unit that would clip on my belt and a battery I could put in a pocket that would produce enough 02 so I could exercise really hard. I've been talking with manufacturers about that for nearly 20 years, but we're not there yet!
