O20 At Night
How do you know if you need 020 at night? I was prescribed it when I was sick but am well now.
You'll need to speak with your pulmonologist and perhaps have a sleep test or an overnight oximetrey test to determine if you no longer need 02 at night. For most of us, that's the first step because we breathe much more shallowly at night than during the day, so we need 02 at night before we need it during the day.
