Does anyone get cramps in their feet or legs at night? I am on Advair twice a day and O2 24/7

@MikeCleaverly, I had test done for potassium, because low potasssium can cause cramps, test came back I was okay. drinking more water was suggested, I'm limited on water because of congestive heart problems, drinking pickle juice was suggested, but that also has to be done in moderation. It was suggested to take magneisium and zinc, so I did that. the point of this is to say sometimes it is hard to find the answer to the problem, and I have to mention that it seems that if I think I have fixed the problem, it comes back, so I have a hard time saying I fixed the problem.but as of right now, I take a vitamin, drink water, drink or eat something with potassium, daily.

Yes Charlie, I do. I spoke to my doc about it. He said he couldn't find any reason for it in my medications. He suggested a drink more water in the evening. Tried that, no cramp.......but 2 visits to the loo in the night!

Bummer!

I am the same way, cramps in feet and calls, in have to walk them off! I was told to drink less caffeine and drink moe water, and take magnesium and potassium everyday . They have calmed down but every now and then I still have them.

Drink lots of water....that usually means that I don't have cramps.

OMG!!!! yes Charley. They can be very debilitating too. Had a bad episode while visiting my sis in Tx. She freaked out as she'd never seen anything like it. She ran and got a massager. It took several minutes but she got my feet uncurled. Then asked me if I could get up yet. hahahahaha. No way I say. I was afraid to even move for about an hour for fear they'd start again. I too am on the disc. 250/50. 24/7 cord chain and Spiriva (2) daily. I'm bad about not reading the small print so not sure if Advair would contribute to the cramps or not.
