Keep Gasping
I have been regularly following my medical regimen, inhalers, nebulizer, and internal medicines. Still I am gasping at times. I want to know why.
When you say you're gasping, do you mean you're really short of breath, or that you hold your breath when doing something and gasp at the end? Many of us do hold our breath when we're doing something that takes exertion, and we gasp when we're done. If you can learn to breathe evenly all the time, you won't end up gasping.
Yes. Looks more like it.
@A MyCOPDTeam Member if you mean gargling that would make sense. You aren't taking IN any air but instead are kind of expelling air so you have to gasp to catch the breath you lost while gargling. Does that make any sense to YOU?

Maybe your doctor could help you better with an answer to that? I hope you check with him soon.

Yes. I gasp after some exertion. For example after I do googling, I start Gasping. A minor affair, lasting for a few seconds, but still I gasp. Thank you very much for the reply. Regards
