I use the cool mist, if you decide to get make sure it will take care of the room you will be using it in. A lot of people get one that's too small. Have a great day.

How about the salt sprays like ayr to keep the sinus open...I have a chronic sinus problem ...when congested can't get oxygen in and sudafed is the only thing that helps...can we take Sudafed fir sinus?

I use ocean spray as it is not petroleum based. if you use oxygen do not use anything petroleum as it will cause a burns.
