Humidifiers can through you into Pneumonia you should use a purifier instead, it help to cut down on dust & other things that could be in the air. Now if you panic when you can't breathe try this: Keep you some seawater in the fridge, & try that or I lave stuck my head in the freezer, also have you tried a wet cold cloth just wipe your face & around you neck. Hope this helps & yes I doing okay.

Yes, I use a humidifier at night...one that is enfused with essential oil which I fill with Breath Easier...helps alot....can purchase at Amazon. Also having window opened at nights feels wonderful too! Hope that helps! :)

my place in the winter time becomes very dry....i use a little humidfier that i put a little bit of water in and when its done thats it for the day....its about the size of a rubics cube....cant even remember where i got it....but its only a dribble of water....not even 1/4 of a cup.....air is better and that does me for the day...either that or just open a door to the outside and let some fresh air in
