Has Anyone Found Breathing/coughing Relief Using A Humidifier?
I've read that COPD patients breathe better @ 34% humidity. Just wondering f anyone has tried it.
I use one when the dryness bothers me. You do have to be careful and keep them clean and free from mold, so they are work, but they do help.
I use a humidifer all the time.....I keep my humidy around 40 percent
It always put moisture in my lung and then phylum would fell the lung up and then I got sick and could not breathe I started drowning in my lungs
yes, it works for me. I monitor humidity levels all yr long. Both inside and out. I have a dehumidifier and a humidifier in the main part of the house where I am most. Cold doesn't bother me like heat. Except I hate being cold. The whole thing gets tiring.
Too humid and can't breathe, so, I agree w/34%.
CindyMoschetti, I had a collapsed lung, coming home to a warm house made breathing hard, so I started using a humidifier, it seemed to help me, I don't use it as much now guess I've gotten better. But I have to admit there are times that I have anxiety and use the humidifier to help me to breathe better. Don't know if it is just in my head that I think I can breath better or is I can. I do know that to cold effects everthing so why not humidity.
I'm Trying To Figure Out Humidifiers.
