I too only get 2-3 hours of sleep per night. I do not have sleep apnea. I take several short naps every day but would give most anything except pills to get some sleep at night.

Talk with your pulmonologist and your PCP. There are lots of reasons for having difficulty sleeping, some have to do with COPD, but there are lots of other reasons as well. Ask for a sleep study and get yourself checked out.

Hi, i seem to have a new sleep schedule where I cant sleep until 4-6 am and then wake around noon. I still go to bed around 11, don’t relish sitting in living room until sleepy 6 hours later.
