had it for 20 years, now developed a second constant noise.Nothing you CAN do I believe except try and distract yourself .Often I could scream, but that would be another noise. NOt easy to live with

I have had tinnitus for several years. Some days it is worse than others. I am sure mine is not the COPD meds. because I wasn't taking any when it started. My neighbor developed ringing in her ears recently and it was wax build up, it was removed and the ringing stopped. That is not the case for me.
