Thank You ! I too have had the Shot but still got while in hospital 2x 1xt stay nasty infection 10 days 2nd stay 6 months later 28 days in hospital same nasty infection

A C-pap machine is used to help people with sleep apnea breathe continuously through the night rather than stopping breathing at intervals during the night and running the risk of very low O2 sats. It applies continuous air pressure to keep the airways open and stop the tongue from falling back and closing them. C-paps are used by many people with COPD as sleep apnea is very common with us.

I've never heard of weight gain or loss caused by the C-pap itself, if that's what you're asking. If you're asking if you can lose or gain weight using it, sure. The C-pap doesn't cause either as far as I know, so you'll have to do it the old fashioned way. Either eat more if you want to gain or eat less if you want to lose, that old calories in/out thing always works.

Thanks for that. But the only steroids go in my knees.. I do have the barrel chest like some gett.😐
