exercise your body , so your lungs can work . Think of a new born baby . baby cries makes the lungs stronger . Cry if you must , but walk because you can . Never give up . I've had a lobectomy 2005 and many hospital stays .

For a stuffy nose I use FLUTICASONE PROP 50 MCG SPRAY twice in each nostril at bedtime, prescribed by my doctor and it works great for me. Its the same as Flonase but less expensive.

You can buy an Oximeter on line or at most Pharmacies.

VPAP stands for variable positive airway pressure. Basically, a VPAP machine is a more advanced machine that a CPAP machine is. VPAP machines track a patient’s breathing patterns. By tracking these patterns the VPAP machine is able to offer increased pressure during inhalation and lower pressures during exhalation. VPAP machines are also called bi-level CPAP machines too. Mum_of_7...I use a Pulse Oximeter to check my Spo2 and pulse rate. It helps to know where I stand before I do an activity. I bought mine on line for about $20 Its been worth it! Also, do you have and are you using a CPAP or VPAP for sleeping? Mine has been a real blessing for me. Once I put it on I fall asleep in about 5 mins and wake 8 hours later. I've been using one since 2008 and had the best sleep of my life! also no snoring! lol
