I would say once you quit smoking, the bad effects of the smoke are gone, but if you still use nicotine in any form, you would still experience the effects of it.

Increased heart rate is one of the potential side effects of Trelegy. Talk with your doc ASAP and get checked to ensure this isn't going to be a poor drug choice for you.

How Bad Is Using A Wood Burning Fire Place When You Have Copd
Wood smoke is very irritating to me. I can't stay in a place that has a wood burning fire going - like Cracker Barrel restaurants. If they have that giant fireplace going I can't sit in there.
