A good quality POC is one that will keep you adequately oxygenated. To find out which ones might work well for you, go to this website: www.runningonair.org and look for the oxygen page. This pamphlet will give you all the relevant information about POCs, including how much 02 they produce. Just so you know, the most powerful of these machines will produce 1.26 LPM of 02, at a pulse dose that is based on the setting you've chosen and the numberof breaths you take per minute.
