My 02 levels are 85 to 99 during the day but dip at night. I get my readings from my Apple Watch.
Being on oxygen, I am at 93/94 ,which I find to be the best for me. You need to have yourself at a level with your oxygen. Once you try it,you won't regret it. You'll feel better.
