Can Nor Breath

Hi,I take the pumps and yet after walking 5 to 10 feet I can no longer breath and reach for the pumps again. I try to cough up all the plem that is stick in my throat and have a hear time doing that also. At my wits end.

Try a percussion massager on your lungs (well, back of the ribcage) - it sometimes helps release the phlegm. Best wishes
