Has Anyone Had An Allergic Rash Reaction To Spiriva Respimat Or Tudorza Pressair?

A MyCOPDTeam Member asked a question 💭
Philadelphia, PA

Just recently had Spiriva Respimat added to Advair Dickus to help with my shortness of breath. It worked great, I felt like a new person. I was able to increase my activities without shortness of breath BUT I developed a rash. Doctor switch me to Tudorza Pressair which didn't work as well and I still got a rash. Has anyone had any luck with allergy medication to control this reaction?

A MyCOPDTeam Member

I have a dreadful rash at the moment - think some is psoriasis but the rest is an allergic reaction to a medication didn't think of the spiolto yet

Which Inhaler Do You Think Is The Best For COPD? Advair, Breo, Or Symbicort

Just my opinion only.... I read there has been no evidence inhalers actually help. In my case,4 so far harm. Going the homeopathic road which I believe will do more for me and prolong my life.

Bracebridge, ON

My doctor gave me a 14 day sample of Breo Ellipta 200/25 for my COPD. According to the product information insert, this dose is suggested for ASTHMA, not COPD?
Should I go back to the doctor? Is there any risk in taking this doseage?

Has Anyone Tried Any Natural Methods For Your COPD?

A MyCOPDTeam Member asked a question 💭
Strongsville, OH

Has anyone tried any natural methods for your COPD? If so, please let me know if any have worked at all please. I am currently on Spiriva and Symbicort and the out of pocket costs are ridiculous. Also the side effects on the Symbicort are not making me feel so hot. The symbicort also caused me to have severe anxiety and out of control eating issues. Is this normal? I mean, truly, I want to eat 24-7 and I never eat over 2000 calories a day. This is insane.
