@A MyCOPDTeam Member The anwer is Yess. PLB does help a lot as it reduces dynamic hyperinflation and improves exercise tolerance, breathing pattern and arterial oxygenation at submaximal intensity exercise (at peak exercice, not all have increase in O2).

Yes it helps raise it i do it a lot on the treadmill and when i feel short of breath.
