I am in the process of getting the infusions approved by Medicare.

Infusion is method of medication delivery - a Treatment path - unassociated with any particular ailment or disease. The weblink only describes INFUSION in general terms and does not cover all circumstances.
But NOW, considering every one will likely be given an IV catheter when admitted to the ICU for Respiratory Failure, does that make Water 💦 (H2O) a DRUG? 💦🤕
